These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Festmu. By creating an account as organizer, browsing our website, or purchasing a ticket/merchandise, you agree to these terms.

  1. 1. Scope of Service

    Festmu operates as an independent ticketing and sales platform. We are not the organizer, promoter, or owner of the events or the merchandise sold. The Event Organizer is solely responsible for the event, its quality, cancellation, or fulfillment of merchandise.

  2. 2. User and Organizer Accounts

    • Eligibility : must be at least 18 years old to create an Organizer account. Users must be at least 13 (or the required age in your jurisdiction) to use the Services, and all purchases by minors must have parental consent.
    • Account Security : You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify Festmu immediately of any unauthorized use.
  3. 3. Fees and Payment

    • Festmu charges a service fee on ticket and merchandise sales.
    • The total price displayed to the user may include a service fee, booking fee, or processing fee, which the Organizer may choose to pass on to the buyer. Processing fees might be different depending on user selected payment method. The exact amount and structure of these fees are determined by the individual Event Organizer and will be clearly disclosed at checkout.
    • All payments are processed securely, and you agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes associated with your purchase.
  4. 4. Ticket Purchase and Validity (Users)

    • All ticket sales are final upon purchase, except as mandated by the Organizer’s policy or if the event is cancelled (Refund Policy).
    • Tickets are revocable licenses that grant entry to the event. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person for disorderly conduct without a refund.
    • Unauthorized resale or transfer of tickets may be restricted by the Organizer and may void the ticket.
  5. 5. Organizer Obligations (Sellers)

    • You must accurately describe your events and merchandise.
    • You are responsible for obtaining all necessary permits, licenses, and insurance for your event.
    • You grant Festmu the right to collect all sales revenue, deduct service fees, and remit the remaining payout according to the agreed-upon schedule.
  6. 6. Intellectual Property

    • Festmu IP : All software, design, logos, and features of the Festmu platform are the property of Festmu.
    • Content IP : Organizers retain ownership of their event logos, descriptions, and merchandise designs. By uploading content, you grant Festmu a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content to promote and operate your sales on the platform.
  7. 7. Limitation of Liability

    Festmu provides its Services on an “as is” basis. We are not liable for any losses or damages arising from event cancellation, event quality, merchandise defects, or any conduct of the Event Organizer or attendees. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of the Services will not exceed the amount of fees we collected from your transaction.
